Emulsions

Press Doctor carries two pure photopolymers and a dual-cure emulsion.

The pure photopolymer is a very fast exposing emulsion with wide exposure latitude. It is easily reclaimed and is resistant to high humidity and abrasions. Has a 1-2 year shelf life.

• • ITX for textile - primarily used with plastisol inks. Has a high solids content (42-44%) and high contrast to red pigment.
• • ITG for graphics - primarily used with conventional and UV inks. Has a high solids content (36-38%) and a high contrast color. Available in red or blue

The SE-2000 dual-cure emulsion is a fast drying photo emulsion resistant to both solvents and water and can be used with all ink systems. Since it is partially sensitized, it should be handled only in a safe light environment. Diazo is added the normal way.
