DZ 307

A blue diazo photoemulsion intended for use with plastisol inks only. This high-quality, yet economical emulsion reaches exposure speeds of many dual cure systems. Its high viscosity won’t sag in low mesh counts, yet its rheology behavior allows high stencil buildup with minimal coatings. DZ 307 offers 37% solids with durability to withstand over 40,000 impressions, replacing more costly dual cure systems in many applications.

DZ 307-CL (Clear)

The uncolored version of DZ 307 is for use with plastisol inks only. DZ 307-CL is ideal for easier on-press registration and faster cure speeds with extremely thick stencils. Like DZ 307, its 37% solids, high viscosity and ideal rheology behavior allow high stencil buildup with flexibility to handle high squeegee pressure. Freeze/thaw stable.

DZ 343

A violet diazo cure photoemulsion for water-based and plastisol inks. DZ 343 can withstand thousands of prints without the use of chemical hardeners and still reclaim easily. At 48% solids, 200+ micron stencils are easily achieved. DZ 343’s combination of faster exposure speeds, medium viscosity and high durability gives printers even greater versatility and value. Freeze/thaw stable.

Universal, blue dual cure photoemulsion intended for most textile and graphic shops who need a versatile, inexpensive stencil. Its high 37% solids, low viscosity and excellent leveling allows for fast coating without pinholes. DC 521 copies with incredible detail and speed. A low cost, high performer.

PC 701

Possibly the fastest exposing one-part available, PC 701 also has the highest known solids content of any emulsion! Testing has shown PC 701 to expose more than 3 times faster than other SBQ emulsions. With extremely high 52% solids, this SBQ emulsion allows you to use minimal coatings and create high-density stencils of 400+ microns, replacing more expensive capillary films. It offers textile printers excellent resistance to plastisol ink, easy reclaimability and an extended shelf life.
