ChromaBlue

ChromaBlue, for use with plastisol inks, is ideally suited for textile printers using direct emulsions who are seeking faster screen turnaround without sacrificing image quality.

  • • Very fast exposing
  • • Fast drying
  • • Superior mesh bridging
  • • Excellent reclaimability
  • • High solids — lower cost per screen

SPECIFICATIONS:

  • • Appearance: Blue
  • • Viscosity: 4600 CPS
  • • Solids: 50% (no inert fillers)
  • • Exposure: Very Fast (see reverse)

SAFETY AND HANDLING:
ChromaBlue emulsion should be handled like any other direct emulsion. This material is not hazardous when used within reasonable standards of industrial hygiene and safe working practices.

INSTRUCTIONS:

UDC-ACE

Universal emulsion offering excellent resistance in any imaging application. UDC-ACE was designed to work as traditional or automatic coating emulsion.

  • • Excellent ink resistance
  • • Excellent durability; withstands long print runs
  • • Excellent heat and humidity resistance
  • • Excellent imaging
  • • Works well as an automatic coating emulsion
  • • Outstanding resistance to aggressive water and solvent based inks and adhesives

SPECIFICATIONS:

  • • Appearance: Blue
  • • Exposure: Fast (See Reverse)
  • • Solids: 37% (Sensitized)

SAFETY AND HANDLING:
Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Refer to MSDS for further information.

STORAGE:
Sensitized UDC-ACE emulsion has a shelf life of 4 to 6 weeks at room temperature (60 to 80oF). To maximize sensitized shelf life use only distilled water to dissolve diazo sensitizer.

Protect from freezing. UDC-ACE is not freeze/thaw stable. Freezing during shipping may result in clear gel spots which may resemble pinholes or emulsion may appear lumpy.

Coated, unexposed screens can be stored as long as one month in a clean, cool, dry and completely dark area.

Expiration date. Always check the expiration date on sensitizer bottle to assure freshness.
